Grandma Truck's Chicken Rolls

Rob's mom makes these Chicken Rolls whenever all of the family is in town. They are a great comfort food item...meaning creamy and yummy.

Chicken Rolls
4 chicken breasts (baked--reserve broth), cut into small cubes
1/4 cup finely diced green onions
1/4 cup finely diced celery
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
dash salt
2 cans creaset rolls
1 package Stove Top stuffing, crushed

Sautee green onions and celery with 1 Tbsp. butter. In a mixing bow combine cream cheese, cubed chicken, and sauteed vegitables. Open creasent rolls and unroll, dividing into triangeles. Put heaping spoon full of mixture into wide end of the triangle and roll up so that all filling in consealed. Dip in melted butter and rolls in stuffing crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet (they can be close together as they don't spread)

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Makes about 16 rolls with large chicken breasts.

Sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
broth from chicken (1/4-1/2 cup--or use water)
1/3 cup milk
boil

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Make 16 rolls with large breasts
