Cake Box Cookies

This is another recipe that I think just about everyone has. I always have the ingredients on hand in case I need to take (or eat) cookies at the last minute. My new favorite thing to use is the new candy pieces of Almond Joy, Reese's Pieces, and York Peppermint Patties. YUM. Marshmallows and nuts for rocky road cookies is also great.



Cake Box Cookies
1 box super most chocolate cake mix
1 cube butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 package chocolate chips (or anything else you want)

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoon (or scooper thing) onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
